Felix (to Eva): Hello, Ms... Eva, right? Sorry if I haven't been the best of company... Heh.
Eva (to Felix): I should say you haven't. We were concerned you wouldn't be among the living for a while. We had a difficult time getting your fever down. The tip of one of Mr. Carver's blades snapped off when it hit your humerus. Mr. Tesla had to perform surgery to remove it. As fascinating as assisting in the operation was, I think your girlfriend could have done without the stress.
Felix (to Eva): Oh shit... Is Zoe alright?
Eva (to Felix): She's quite alright. We finally convinced her to get some rest after your fever broke. She refused to sleep or rest until you were out of danger. What are you... Lay back down this instant! You just had surgery, and you're not entirely free of that infection yet. I said lay back! I will jab you with this sedative if you don't settle back down right this moment!
Felix (to Eva): ...Heh. Yes, ma'am.
A short time later:
Eva (to Zoe): Zoe? Are you awake?
Zoe (to Eva): Yes! Shit, Eva... Oh god, what's wrong? Is Felix okay?
Eva (to Zoe): Good heavens. Calm down! He's fine. His fever is down and he's awake. I thought you might want to know.

Eva (to Zoe): Well, yes... I do suppose bleeding out was the greater danger.
Zoe (to Eva): ... I'm going to go check on him.

Zoe (to Felix): Hey... How you feeling?
Felix (to Zoe): Heh... Grand. Let's go out dancing...
Zoe (to Felix): ... I was really worried about you. You're looking much better.
Felix (to Zoe): I should. I'm hooked up to enough damn instruments... I'm feeling a bit more lucid. I'm sorry I worried you.
